Glenthorne Park Adventure Playground

Glenthorne National Park, located just south of Adelaide’s CBD, is a stunning natural retreat on the site of the former Glenthorne Farm. This expansive park combines scenic trails, picnic areas, and one of South Australia's largest adventure playgrounds, making it a perfect destination for outdoor activities and gatherings for family and friends.

Set amidst native gum trees and a rolling landscape, the park is home to a variety of custom length Shoreline picnic settings and benches, which provide comfortable spaces for relaxation and social gatherings.

The adventure playground spans 7,000 square metres, with three slides, a see-saw, a spinner, and a fossil dig area, offering endless fun for children and families. The park also incorporates Kaurna carvings and sculptures, which honour and celebrate the area's rich Indigenous heritage.
