Known for our creativity and a can-do approach, which we inject into all our work, Spark were engaged throughout 2019 and 2020 to develop and manufacture a complex, diverse suite of furniture concepts for the redevelopment of Adelaide's Festival Plaza public realm areas.

The various areas within the plaza were populated with unique furniture designs, specific to their area while still relating to the overall site aesthetic.

The various spaces within the project site were populated with unique furniture designs that pertained to their particular space. for a wide range of furniture types and styles, and diverse materials, all of which posed it's own challenges in terms of design, manufacture and installation.The complex curves of the wall top seating required an in depth look at the entire plaza layout, and in order to produce the suite on time and within budget, SPARK led a design project to develop furniture modules that Aspect Studios and Bianco Precast could use to finalise a working design, changing planter bed shapes and wall levels to suit the furniture modules.
