In the heart of Melbourne's CBD and legal precinct is the 32-level Victoria University (VU) City Tower, the tallest vertical campus in the Southern Hemisphere.

For the 10th floor balcony of popular café, The Common, SPARK fabricated a range of both free-standing and cantilevered dining furniture, clad in rich, spotted gum timber.

Woods Bagot provided Spark with a comprehensive set of concept renderings of the furniture, which we used to develop the final designs and production drawings.

LandscapePlus' attention to detail during installation of the furniture ensured a successful outcome for this inviting space, with striking views, on the 32^nd floor.
