Brief: TLC Aged Care - Clifton Views offers a new era of aged care in the heart of Clifton Hill and is the first luxury high-rise residential aged care home in Victoria. Spark was engaged to design and manufacture a suite of corner seat modules for the outdoor terrace that also had to act as garden bed walls.
Solution: The furniture was manufactured using Spark’s specialist sheet metal skills for the frame and cladded with timber look ModWood battens. The new residents will be sure to enjoy sitting up on the terrace looking over Melbourne's City skyline views.
