Across the street from the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens in East Melbourne, is the Eastbourne luxury apartment building, and its expansive, landscaped courtyard.

SPARK fabricated the wall-top benches that populate the courtyard. Their minimal design complements the geometry of the Eastbourne building, and their rich, timber slats are a visual connection to the gardens directly opposite.
